June 9 public meeting on proposed western homeless navigation center
A Public Input Session on Prince William County’s proposed purchase of 7300 New Market Court in Manassas for a daytime Homeless Navigation Center (HNC) to serve adults experiencing homelessness will be held on Wednesday, June 9, at 6:30 p.m. at the Best Western Battlefield Ballroom, located at 10820 Balls Ford Road in Manassas.
The goal of the session. hosted by the Department of Social Services with Prince William County Government, is to gain input from the public, according to a county news release. Residents are encouraged to attend to offer icomments, learn more about the center and receive answers to questions. Days and hours of operation are flexible based on public input, the news release said,
