Indecent exposure investigated at car wash in Woodbridge

Indecent Exposure – On May 16 at 10:05AM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the White Horse Auto Wash located at 15705 Jefferson Davis Hwy. in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate an indecent exposure. Patrons of the business reported to police that while outside, an unknown man, later identified as the accused, exposed himself near the entrance to the car wash.

The man then walked over to a bench where police located him. While investigating, officers determined the accused was intoxicated and took him into custody without incident. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Abu GBLA, was arrested.
