Health event Sept. 6 at Manassas Park Community Center

Kick Start Your Health, a free event to fight diabetes among at-risk communities by educating children ages 5-17 and caregivers, parents and grandparents about preventive care and proper nutrition, will be held on Saturday, Sept. 6, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Manassas Park Community Center, 99 Adams St. Manassas Park, VA 20111.
Soccer legend Raúl Díaz Arce will attend the event and will assist coaches at soccer clinics starting around 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
