Haymarket Police charge woman with unlawful entry

Unlawful Entry of a Residence.  On Monday June 22, 2015 at 12:15 PM, a resident in the 14800 block of Gap Way in Haymarket observed a female open the rear door to his residence and partially enter.  When he confronted her, she asked to use the telephone. 

The female had no connection or relationship with the occupants of the home she entered.  During the investigation, the suspect was identified as Chelsey Davis, aged 22.  On Saturday June 27th, Ms. Davis was located at an address she had been living at in the 14800 block of Washington Street, Haymarket.  She was arrested on a warrant charging her with unlawful entry.  She was released by a magistrate on her own recognizance, with a court date of August 6, 2015, according to a press release.
