Greater Prince William Health Center on Ridgewood Center Drive in Woodbridge/Lake Ridge is offering free health screenings for all Prince William County residents, Aug. 13-15, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. during National Health Center Week.
Among the free testings being offered are mammograms, diabetes and cholesterol* screenings, anemia check, blood pressure, height / weight/ BMI check, as well as screenings for dental and oral health, vision and hearing and behavioral health.
There will be a car seat give-away* and assistance for filing to enroll in Medicaid or renew it. A free lunch will be from 11:30 a.m to 1 p.m. each of the three days. Entertainment will include a deejay, face painting, moon bounce, wii games, and more!

CAR SEATS will be distributed to established Greater Prince William Community Health Center patients (call 703-680-7950 ext 3223 and ext 3134). Priority will be given to prenatal patients. All participants will receive training (video and demonstration) prior to receiving a car seat. Must have a vehicle with you to receive a car seat.
