Free career expo for military and veterans April 2 in Woodbridge

Military.com and the Non-Commissioned Officers Association (NCOA), will hold a free veterans career expo for transitioning servicemembers and will feature corporations and business looking to hire military members and veterans.

The career expo, focusing on skills translation, and transition for servicemembers, veterans and their spouses, will be held on Tuesday, April 2, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Harbour View event center, 13200 Marina Way, Woodbridge, VA 22191

According to a news release, Military.com and NCOA have brought a number of companies, ranging from large defense contractors to local businesses, all of who have an interest in hiring former military personnel for their organizations.  Military.com is a business unit of Monster Worldwide, Inc., the release said.
