Free blood pressure checks Oct. 13 at Prince William Hospital
Get your blood pressure checked for free on Thursday, Oct. 13, from 8 to 10 a.m. at the Emergency Department lobby of Prince William Hospital, 8700 Sudley Road. Manassas.
The blood pressure screenings are to highlight Emergency Nurses Week⢠Oct. 9-15 and to underscore the important role emergency care nurses worldwide have in the healthcare delivery system.
Karen Webb, RN, Director of Nursing in the Emergency Services Department, was quoted in a hospital statement, “Blood pressure screenings are a non-invasive way to provide people with important information about their health. This year for Emergency Nurses Week, we wanted to find a way to not only honor our wonderful nurses, but also give back to the community.”
