Final televised Democratic Gubernatorial debate June 1 in Newport News
The fourth gubernatorial debate hosted by the Democratic Party of Virginia will take place Tuesday, June 1, from 7 to 8 p.m., in Newport News.
The debate will be moderated by 13News anchors Janet Roach and David Alan. All five Democratic candidates will participate.
The debate will be broadcast on WVEC and online at vademocrats.org.
Candidates who will attend are Lee Carter, Justin Fairfax, Jennifer Carroll Foy, Terry McAuliffe and Jennifer McClellan. Two of the candidates have Prince William County ties, Carter is a current Delegate. Foy is a former Delegate.
The debate will originate from Ferguson Center For The Arts, 1 Avenue of the Arts, Newport News, VA.
