Detectives from the Fauquier County Sheriff’s Office have identified two Beaeton locations responsible for the manufacturing, sale and distribution of methamphetamine commonly known on the street as meth, according to a news release.
Fauquier County Sheriff’s Office, with assistance from the Blue Ridge Narcotics and Gang Task Force, and the Virginia State Police conducted simultaneous search warrants at two different locations in the Bealeton area leading to the identification of methamphetamine manufacturing, sale and distribution at both locations.
As part of an ongoing, comprehensive investigation into the sale of methamphetamine, a magistrate issued search warrants for both locations. The search warrants were conducted on Tuesday night, Feb. 24, 2015, in the 11100 block of Cedar Lane and the 6600 block of Forbes Place in Bealeton.
Four individuals have been charged as part of this investigation:
Robert Browning, 39, of Bealeton;
2 counts Distribution of Schedule I (Methamphetamine)
1 count Possession with the Intent to Distribute Schedule I (Methamphetamine)
1 count Possession of Precursors with Intent to Manufacture Schedule I (Methamphetamine)
Amanda Browning, 27, of Bealeton;
1 count Possession of Controlled Drug Paraphernalia
John Mick, 40, of Bealeton;
1 count Possession of Schedule I (Methamphetamine)
1 count Possession of Controlled Drug Paraphernalia
James Roberts, 28, of Bealeton;
Active warrant on file for Roberts charging 1 count of Manufacturing Schedule I (Methamphetamine)
Robert Browning is being held on a $20,000 secured bond;
Amanda Browning is being held on a $2500 secured bond;
John Mick is being held on a $2000 secured bond.
James Roberts is currently wanted for manufacturing methamphetamine.
