Fauquier County Public Schools cancel Jan. 14 activities due to weather

All activities for Fauquier County Public Schools are canceled for Saturday, January 14, 2017, due to the forecast of sleet and freezing rain most of the day, according to a news release from Karen Parkinson, Coordinator of Information for Fauquier County Public Schools.

VDOT snow storm update for Sunday, Jan. 5, 2025
Residents are asked to be in place and off of the roads by this afternoon and be aware of the potential for icy spots as freezing temperatures remain through much of the week. Please keep in mind there will be a multi-day response to this storm as VDOT works to make the roads passable.
