• Strangulation (Domestic Related) *ARREST –
On Monday, August 19, 2024 the suspect, identified as Steve Pascal Henri CALIXTE, who was sought in connection to the domestic dispute that was reported to have occurred at the Orchard Mills Apartments located in the 3200 block of Berlin Ct. in Woodbridge (22193) on July 16, turned himself in to police without incident.
Arrested on August 19:

Charged with strangulation and domestic assault & battery

Strangulation (Domestic Related) [Previously Released] – On July 16 at 11:22PM, officers responded to the Orchard Mills Apartments located in the 3200 block of Berlin Ct. in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a domestic dispute. The investigation revealed the victim, a 34-year-old woman, and an acquaintance, identified as the accused, were involved in a verbal alteration that escalated. During the encounter, the accused wrapped his arm around the victim’s neck before the parties separated. The accused left the residence prior to police arriving at the apartment. Minor injuries were reported. Following the investigation, officers obtained arrest warrants for the accused, identified as Steve Pascal Henri CALIXTE. Attempts to locate the accused have been unsuccessful.

• Strangulation (Domestic Related) *ARREST – On August 17, 2024 the suspect, identified as Pablo Oscar VALLADARES, who was sought in connection with a domestic dispute that was reported to have occurred in the area of Kingsman Rd. and Dale Blvd. in Woodbridge (22193) on July 25, was arrested in Dumfries.

Strangulation (Domestic Related) [Previously Released] – On July 25 at 9:13AM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the area of Kingsman Rd. and Dale Blvd. in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a domestic dispute. The investigation revealed the victim, a 28-year-old woman, and an acquaintance, identified as the accused, were involved in a verbal altercation that escalated while driving in the above area. During the encounter, the accused struck the victim and prevented her from getting out of her vehicle. At one point, the accused forced himself into the driver’s seat. The victim was eventually able to get out of the vehicle as the accused drove away. The victim went to a local business where the police were contacted. The victim was treated at an area hospital for non-life threatening injuries. Later that day, the victim’s vehicle and her phone were returned. Following the investigation, officers obtained arrest warrants for the accused, identified as Pablo Oscar VALLADARES. Attempts to locate the accused have been unsuccessful.

INCIDENTS
• Stabbing Investigation –
On Monday, August 19, 2024 at 7:16PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to investigate a stabbing that was reported to have occurred in the 11100 block of Balls Ford Rd. in Manassas (20111) earlier that evening. The investigation revealed the victim, a 27-year-old man, and another man he recently met were involved in an altercation that escalated.
During the encounter, the victim was stabbed before the parties separated. The victim went to an area hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries where the police were contacted. No crime scene or evidence of an altercation was located, and no additional injuries were reported. The suspect was described as a white male, approximately 5’8”, with a beard and multiple tattoos.

• Strong-Arm Robbery – On August 19 at 4:41PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to The Woods at Victoria Park Apartments located in the 16800 block of Flotilla Way in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a robbery. The investigation revealed the victim, a 30-year-old man, and two other men were involved in an altercation that escalated. During the encounter, the victim’s laptop, money, and keys were taken before the parties eventually separated. The victim was treated at an area hospital for non-life threatening injuries. The victim was not forthcoming with information as to what led up to the injuries or further on the parties involved in the altercation. The suspects were only described as black males.

•Indecent Exposure – On Monday, August 19, 2024 at 11:44PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the area of Sudley Manor Dr. near Ashton Ave. in Manassas (20109) to investigate an indecent exposure. The investigation revealed the victim, a 36-year-old woman, was walking in the above area when she encountered an unknown man who exposed himself and made inappropriate gestures. The victim left the area and eventually contacted the police. There was no additional contact between the victim and the suspect. The suspect was described as a black male with braided hair, last seen wearing jeans.

Residential BurglaryOn Monday,  August 19 at 12:31PM, officers responded to the Soldiers Ridge Apartments located in the 11200 block of Soldiers Ridge Cl. in Manassas (20109) to investigate a burglary. The investigation revealed sometime between 11:20AM and 12:18PM, a rock was thrown through a bedroom window. It is unclear if entry was made into the apartment. No property was reported missing.

Shooting into an Occupied Dwelling – On August 19 at 10:43AM, officers responded to a residence located in the 10500 block of Brechin Way in Manassas (20109) to investigate a destruction of property. The investigation revealed the accused was handling a firearm when a round discharged and traveled into a neighboring residence. No injuries or additional property damage were reported. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Dominic Joseph CERULLI Jr., was arrested.

• Strangulation (Domestic Related) – On August 19 at 11:35AM, Prince William County officers responded to investigate a domestic dispute that was reported to have occurred at a residence located in the 10100 block of Pale Rose Lp. in Bristow (20136) the prior evening. The investigation revealed the victim, a 34-year-old woman, and a family member, identified as the accused, were involved in a verbal altercation that escalated. During the encounter, the accused struck the victim before grabbing her neck. The parties eventually separated, and the victim contacted the police the following day. Minor injuries were reported. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Harpreet SINGH, was arrested.

•Strangulation | Malicious Wounding (Domestic Related) – On Sunday, August 18, 2024 at 8:24AM, Prince William County Police officers responded to investigate domestic disputes that were reported to have occurred at a residence located in the 4400 block of Hendricks Dr. in Woodbridge (22193) between August 13 and August 18.
The investigation revealed the victim, a 41-year-old woman, and an acquaintance, identified as the accused, were involved in multiple verbal altercations that escalated. During the encounters, the accused struck and kicked the victim several times. In one altercation, the accused wrapped a cord around the victim’s neck until the victim became unconscious. The victim also sustained a broken toe and was burned during a separate dispute. On August 17, the victim was able to leave the home and contacted police the following day. The victim was treated at an area hospital for non-life threatening injuries. Following the investigation, officers obtained arrest warrants for the accused, identified as Walter Thomas VENDURA Jr., who turned himself in to police without incident on August 18.

Brandishing of a Firearm – On Monday, August 19, 2024 at 9:12PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the area of Nickleson Dr. and Nottingdale Dr. in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a brandishing. The investigation revealed the victim, who was working as a ride-share driver, and a customer, identified as the accused, were involved in a verbal altercation that escalated. During the encounter, the accused brandished a firearm and threatened the victim before walking away. Officers located the accused a short distance away and detained him without incident. The accused was in possession of a concealed firearm and suspected illegal drugs. No shots were fired during the incident and no injuries were reported. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Imran Moheet KARIMI, was arrested.

•Assault & Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer [LEO] – On August 18, 2024 at 5:25PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to Potomac Mills located at 2700 Potomac Mills Cl. in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate an assault. The investigation revealed two male juveniles were involved in a physical altercation when mall security intervened. As the parties were being escorted out of the mall, a second altercation began. When security intervened, the accused pushed a security guard before attempting to run out of the mall. Officers located and attempted to detain the accused who actively resisted. The accused struck an officer before being detained without further incident. No injuries were reported. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as a 13-year-old male juvenile, was arrested.
