**INCIDENTS**
Armed Robbery – On May 10 at 11:10PM, officers responded to the 2500 block of Basin View Ln in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a robbery. The victim, a 39-year-old man of Woodbridge, reported to police that he responded to the above area to pick up a passenger in his taxi. When he arrived, he was approached by two unknown males. During the encounter, one of the suspects brandished a firearm and demanded money. The suspects took an undisclosed amount of money from the victim before fleeing the area on foot. No injuries were reported. A police K-9 responded to search for the suspects who were not located. The investigation continues.
Suspect Descriptions:
2 black males, between 15 & 18 years of age, last seen wearing all dark clothing
Armed Robbery – On May 10 at 8:58PM, officers responded to the CVS located at 16712 Jefferson Davis Hwy in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a robbery. Employees reported to police that two unknown masked suspects entered the business and approached the pharmacy counter. During the encounter, the suspects jumped over the counter as one of the suspects brandished a handgun. The suspects then took prescription medications before fleeing the business on foot. A police K-9 and helicopter responded to search for the suspects who were not located. No injuries were reported. The investigation continues.

Unknown gender or race, 6’00”, with a thin build wearing a face cover
Last seen wearing a tan jacket, dark blue jeans, and Timberland boots
White male, between 20 & 30 years of age, 6’00”, with a thin build wearing a face cover
Last seen wearing a grey sleeveless hoodie, a long-sleeved dark shirt, blue jeans, and tan shoes
Residential Burglary – On May 10 at 10:45AM, officers responded to a residence located in the 50 block of Calvert St in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a burglary. The homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 10:30PM on May 9 and 10:15PM on May 9. The investigation revealed that entry was made into the home through a rear door which was found damaged. Money was reported missing.
**ARRESTS**
Felony Child Neglect – On May 10 at 5:29PM, officers responded to a parking lot located in the 12500 block of Dillingham Sq in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a child neglect. When officers arrived, they located a 4-year-old boy left unattended inside of a vehicle. A short time later, the mother of the child was located by officers inside of a nearby business. Further investigation revealed that the child was left unattended for over 30 minutes. The child was released into the custody of a family member and was uninjured. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested.

Melissa Kathleen MARDEUSZ, 32, of the 3700 block of Beaver Ford Rd in Woodbridge
Charged with felony child neglect
Court Date: Pending | Bond: Held on a $25,000 secured bond
Attempted Malicious Wounding | Domestic Related – On May 10 at 10:20PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 8200 block of Calm Pond Cir in Manassas (20111) to investigate a domestic. The investigation revealed that the victim, a 29-year-old man of Woodbridge, and the accused, an acquaintance, were involved in a verbal altercation that escalated. During the encounter, the accused grabbed a knife and attempted to stab the victim. A struggle ensued the victim was able to get the knife away from the accused. The parties eventually separated and the police were contacted. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested without incident.
