Crime didn’t take July 4th holiday off

Incidents
• Malicious Wounding – On July 6 at 6:29PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the Dale Forest Apartments located in the 4400 block of Welsh Ln. in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a stabbing.
The investigation revealed the victim, a 32-year-old man, was outside the building when he was approached by an unknown man. During the encounter, the suspect stabbed the victim in the leg before running away. The victim was treated at an area hospital for a non-life threatening injury. The suspect was described as a Hispanic male standing approximately 5’7” tall anndwearing a white shirt and blue shorts.

• Malicious Wounding – On July 5 at 11:05PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to La Luna located at 13760 Smoketown Rd. in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate an assault. The investigation revealed the victim, a 59-year-old man, was inside the business when a male patron struck the victim in the head with a glass bottle before running out the rear door. Officers and a police K-9 searched the area for the suspect who was not located. The victim was treated at an area hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
Suspect Description:
A Hispanic male, approximately 5’5”, 160lbs., with a thin build
Last seen wearing a black baseball-style cap and all black clothing

• Strong-Arm Robbery – On July 5 at 2:32PM,  officers responded to the 7300 block of Sudley Rd. in Manassas (20109) to investigate a robbery. The investigation revealed the victim, a 34-year-old man, was getting out of his vehicle when an unknown woman attempted to take his wallet. When the victim attempted to pull away, the suspect bit the victim’s hand and took his wallet before running away. Officers and a police K-9 searched the area for the suspect who was not located. The victim reported minor injuries.
Suspect Description:
A black female, between 30-35 years of age, approximately 5’3”, with a large build, shoulder-length black hair, and brown eyes. Last seen wearing a yellow sports bra with spaghetti straps, baggy jean capris, and black Foam Runner shoes

•Residential Burglary – On July 6 at 11:21AM, Prince William County Police officers responded to a residence located in the 12100 block of Kahns Rd. in Manassas (20112) to investigate a burglary. The investigation revealed entry was made intothe home sometime between 12:00AM on June 30 and 12:00AM on July 5. There were no signs of forced
entry into the home. A Play Station 3 and coins were reported missing.

•Residential Burglary – On July 5 at 10:22AM, Prince William County Policeofficers responded to a residence located in the 3500 block of Wharf Ln. in Triangle (22172) to investigate a burglary. The investigation revealed entry was made into the home sometime between 11:00AM and 11:00PM on July 4. The gate on the exterior fence was found damaged in addition to both the kitchen window and the sliding glass door being found unsecured. No property was reported missing.

• Residential Burglary – On July 3 at 5:17PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to a residence located in the 8300 block of Claremont St. in Manassas (20110) investigate a burglary. The investigation revealed entry was made into an attached garage sometime between July 1-3. Both the door leading to the garage and a back window were damaged along with the backyard door found ajar. The top of a washing machine was reported missing.

ARRESTS
• Malicious Wounding (Domestic Related) – On July 5 at 10:23PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to a residence located in the 1600 block of Kentucky Ave. in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a stabbing. The investigation revealed the victim, a 42-year-old man, and a family member, identified as the accused, were involved in a verbal altercation that escalated. During the encounter, the accused stabbed the victim in the arm, before the parties separated. The victim was treated at an area hospital for non-life threatening injuries. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Anthony-David West CREWE, was arrested.

Assault & Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer [LEO] – On July 7 at 11:34PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 10800 block of Cerise Ct. in Manassas (20112) to investigate a domestic dispute. The investigation revealed one party, identified as the accused, assaulted a family member before the parties separated. When officers attempted to detain the accused, he actively resisted and assaulted three officers before eventually being detained. The victim reported minor injuries. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Neil Michael DIAZ, was arrested.

• Strong-Arm Robbery – On July 6 at 12:56PM, Prince WilliamCounty police officers responded to the Macy’s located inside Manassas Mall at 8300 Sudley Rd. in Manassas (20109) to investigate a robbery. The investigation revealed a man, later identified as the accused, concealed items and attempted to leave the store. When an employee intervened, the accused made threats and began to run out of the store. Officers observed the accused and attempted to detain him. During the encounter, the accused refused to follow officers’ commands and continued fleeing. After a short foot pursuit, the accused was detained. While investigating the incident, the accused made additional threats towards officers. The unpaid for merchandise and suspected illegal drugs were recovered. No injuries were reported. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Christian Anthony BLANCO, was arrested.

• Indecent Exposure – On July 6, 2024 at 10:55AM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the TJ Maxx located inside Potomac Mills at 2700 Potomac Mills Cl. in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate an indecent exposure. The investigation revealed a man, identified as the accused, was observed by store security exposing himself and making inappropriate gestures. Officers located the accused inside the store where he was detained without incident. Following the investigation, the accused, Douglas Edward BOOMER, was arrested.

Charged with indecent exposure and obscene sexual display
