Strangulation | Abduction | Aggravated Sexual Battery *ARREST – On the afternoon of June 22, Gabriel Dominic BROW was taken into custody by detectives with the Prince William County Police Department’s Street Crimes Unit, according to Officer Nathan Probus, police department spokesman.
The accused was wanted for multiple charges related to a domestic assault at an apartment located in the 8100 block of Bayonet Way in Manassas on June 21, Probus said.

Charged with 2 counts of strangulation, 2 counts of abduction, 1 count of aggravated sexual battery, and 2 counts of domestic assault & battery

Strangulation | Abduction | Aggravated Sexual Battery [Previously Released] – On June 21 at 11:00PM, officers responded to an apartment located in the 8100 block of Bayonet Way in Manassas (20109) to investigate a domestic assault. The investigation revealed that the accused was involved in a verbal argument with an acquaintance, identified as a 21-year-old woman of Manassas, which escalated. During the encounter, the accused pushed the victim to the ground and began to kicking her. When a 17-year-old female juvenile attempted to intervene, the accused grabbed her by the neck and strangled her causing her to temporarily lose consciousness. The accused then threw both of the victims down a flight of stairs and cornered them in a room preventing them from leaving. The victims were eventually able to contact police and flee the residence. Minor injuries were reported. Further investigation determined that the accused also inappropriately touched the 17-year-old victim earlier that day. Following the investigation, officers obtained multiple warrants for the arrest of the accused, identified as Gabriel Dominic BROW. Attempts to locate the accused have been unsuccessful.
