Community asked to complete the PWHD COVID-19 Vaccine Acceptability Survey
Prince William Health District (PWHD) is inviting members of the community to complete the COVID-19 vaccine acceptability survey, according to Kathy Stewart, public information officer for the Health District.
Visit https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/Y6BBKJZ to complete the survey now.
The feedback residents provide will help the PWHD and its partners understand the community’s acceptance of the COVID-19 vaccine, where residents find their information and what barriers and concerns they have regarding the vaccine.
These results will also help the PWHD see how perceptions and concerns have changed since the District previously released the survey at the beginning of 2021.
