Child caught in middle of alleged family dispute

Abduction | Domestic Related – On June 23 at 9:21PM, officers responded to residence located in the 14400 block of Filarete St in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a domestic dispute. The investigation revealed that the victim, a 34-year-old woman, was involved in a verbal altercation with two other family members, identified as Nestor Sandro ALVARADO BONILLA and Claudia HERRERA LIMA. During the encounter, both of the accused persons prevented the victim from leaving the residence. At some point, the victim broke free from the family members and exited the residence. When the victim attempted to retrieve her daughter from inside the residence, Claudia HERRERA LIMA would not allow the child to leave to be with the victim. The parties eventually separated and the police were contacted. Following the investigation, both Nestor Sandro ALVARADO BONILLA and Claudia HERRERA LIMA were eventually arrested.
