A group of Manassas residents has independently organized a candlelight vigil to be held on Friday, Nov. 2, at 7 p.m. at Nelson Park to honor the lives lost in the Tree of Life Synagogue Tragedy, according to a news release from Ian Lovejoy, Manassas City Council.
Faith leaders from throughout the community will be speaking, as well as the names of those lost being read.
Members of the community are welcome to attend
Nelson Park is located at 8915 Sudley Rd, Manassas, VA 20110, This location is at the intersection of Sudley Rd. and Grant Ave. across the street from St. Thomas United Methodist Church
