Through patron donations and funding received from the Friends of the Central and Bull Run Libraries, five American Girl doll kits are now available for checkout at the Bull Run Regional Library. This new service begins June 10.
Designed for children 8 and older, young library users have the opportunity to glimpse a part of history through the eyes of Addy, Josefina, Julie, Kit or Molly.
Part of the American Girl dolls historical collection, each girl captures a decade in American history. Included with the dolls is a paperback book, a journal for writing the child’s adventures with the doll, a local history card of life in Prince William County during that era, and a bright pink carrying case.
These kits check-out for three weeks at the Youth Services desk at Bull Run Regional Library.
Want to add to our collection? We welcome donations of new or like new American Girls historic dolls to increase the size of our start-up collection. Donations are tax deductible.
