Abduction | Use of a Firearm in Commission of a Felony – On Sept.11, 2021 at 10:08PM, Prince William County Police Department officers responded to investigate a brandishing that was reported to have occurred in the 12300 block of Midsummer Ln. in Woodbridge (22193) earlier that evening.
The victim, a 59-year-old man, reported to police that he was in the above area to pick up a fare. An unknown man, later identified as the accused, entered the victim’s vehicle carrying a knife and brandished a firearm. The accused then demanded the victim drive him to an address on Torbay Way in Woodbridge. As the victim was driving, he pulled into a business on Dale Blvd and ran out of the vehicle to contact the police. The accused initially fled the area on foot before officers located him nearby and detained him. At no point were shots fired during the incident.
While investigating, officers recovered the knife and the firearm. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Dejurne Aryn Anthony MCCALL, was arrested.
