Boardwalk community meeting March 19 for Woodbridge District
Residents of Woodbridge magisterial district are invited to join Woodbridge Supervisor Frank Principi and Prince William County Parks and Recreation at a “Boardwalk Community Meeting” on Tuesday, March 19, from 7:30 to 9 p.m.
The meeting will be held at Leesylvania Elementary School, 15800 Neabsco Road, Woodbridge VA 22191.
The boardwalk will create a “distinctive destination.” according to a news release from Principi’s office, “that takes advantage of the natural beauty, abundant wildlife and wetlands of Neabsco Creek, while linking Rippon Landing and Metz Wetlands as part of the Potomac Heritage National Scenic Trail.”
The contractor will update the community on the project and seek community input on the boardwalk’s design and use.
