Balls Ford Rd. Compost Facility closed April 22 for paving
The Balls Ford Road Compost Facility, located at 13000 Balls Ford Road and operated by Prince William County’s Solid Waste Division, will be closed tomorrow, Wednesday, April 22, for paving of the entrance and convenience center.
Deborah Campbell of the Solid Waste Division said the paving is necessary to complete construction at the facility. Residents should take their garbage and recyclables to the County Landfill, at 14811 Dumfries Road, during this closure on Wednesday.
The Balls Ford facility will reopen on Thursday for normal operation 7:30 am to 5:00 pm.
