Back to school family celebration at Stonewall High in Manassas

Stonewall Jackson High School will hold its 2012-13 “Back to School Family Celebration” on Thursday, Sept. 6 from 6:30 p.m. until 8:50 p.m.  The celebration will begin in the auditorium with a special welcome and address by school principal,  Richard D. Nichols.  Parents will be able to register for Parent Portal pass codes as early as 6:15 p.m. in the Student Counseling Center (formerly called the Guidance Department). Parent Portal provides 24-hour access to student grades and attendance via the internet.  There will also be representatives and sponsors from many school groups to assist parents and students with opportunities to sign up for a variety of activities.  Refreshments will be served in the cafeteria throughout the evening.
