ATV rider struck twice in right arm with BB gun

Incidents and arrests released by Prince William County Police Department on Thursday, July 14, 2016

**INCIDENTS**

Armed Robbery – On July 13 at 9:47PM, officers responded to the 3000 block of Graham Park Rd in Dumfries (22172) to investigate a robbery. The victim, a 48 year old man of Dumfries, reported to police that he was in the above area attempting to conduct a narcotics transaction when he was approached by the three unknown males. During the encounter, one of the suspects brandished a handgun and demanded the victim to get on the ground.  The suspects then relieved the victim of his money, his cell phone, and keys. At some point, one of the suspects punched the victim in the head prior to fleeing the area on foot. Minor injuries were reported. A police K-9 was used to search for the suspects who were not located. The investigation continues.
Suspect Descriptions:
All 3 suspects were described as black males, between 18 and 25 years of age with medium builds, black hair and brown eyes
Last seen wearing a black t-shirt

Malicious Wounding – On July 12 at 9:54PM, officers responded to the wooded area near the 16000 block of Eagle Feather Dr in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate an assault. The victim, a 47 year old man of Woodbridge, reported to police that while he was riding his ATV, he was shot at several times with a BB gun. During the encounter, the victim was struck twice to the right arm. The victim was eventually able to flee the area with minor injuries reported.  The investigation continues.
Suspect Descriptions:
White male, between 40 & 45 years of age, 5’10”, 190-200lbs, with short brown hair

Attempted Residential Burglary – On July 13 at 7:16AM, officers responded to a residence located in the 1900 block of Pohick Creek in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate an attempted burglary. The homeowner reported to police that sometime between 9:00PM on July 12 and 5:45AM, entry was attempted into the residence through the kitchen window which was found damaged. No entry was made and no property was reported missing.

**ARRESTS**

Assault & Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer [LEO] – On July 13 at 9:56PM, officers responded to a residence located at the 4600 block of Hamilton Dr in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a reported hit and run crash. When officers arrived, they made contact with a woman who exhibited signs of intoxication and attempted to place her under arrest. While at the Gar-Field Police Station, the accused kicked one of the officers in the lower body. The accused was eventually secured without further incident. No injuries were reported to the officers. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested.

Masue Harris NATEE, 36, of 4608 Hamilton Dr in Woodbridge
Charged with assault & battery on a LEO, resisting arrest, DUI, and refusal
