Arrests made in two Prince William marijuana cases after four search warrants issued

Incidents and arrests released on: Thursday, January 30, 2014

**ARRESTS**

Narcotics Investigation – On January 29th, detectives from the Street Crimes Unit concluded a narcotics investigation involving marijuana.  As a result of the investigation two search warrants were obtained and executed in the 10200 block of Ginny Wy in Manassas (20110) and 8400 block of Jones St in Manassas (20112).  As a result of the investigation marijuana, firearms and other evidence were recovered.  The following arrests were also made without incident.
Arrested January 29th:
Daniel Joseph TARBY, 30, of 10229 Ginny Wy in Manassas
Charged with possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute and distribution of marijuana
Court date: April 11, 2014 | Bond: held on a $7500 secured bond

Thomas James HEFLIN, 24, 8451 Jones St in Manassas
Charged with three counts of distribution of marijuana
Court date:  April 11, 2014 | Bond: held on a $7500 secured bond

James Stephen WELLS, 23, of 12256 Chinaberry Ct in Manassas
Charged with possession with intent to distribute and distribution of marijuana
Court date: April 11, 2014 | Bond: held on a $5,000 secured bond

Narcotics Investigation – On January 28th, detectives from the Street Crimes Unit concluded a narcotics investigation involving marijuana.  As a result of the investigation two search warrants were obtained and executed in the 14400 block of Falmouth Ct and the 4600 block of Charlton Ct, both in Woodbridge (22193).  As a result of the investigation marijuana, firearms and other evidence were recovered.  The following arrests were also made without incident.
Arrested January 28th:
Nasiru Deen CAREW, 31, of 14422 Falmouth Dr in Woodbridge
Charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana, distribution of marijuana, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of ammunition by a convicted felon
Court date: March 14, 2014 | Bond: held WITHOUT bond

Jonathan Sidney DAY, 27, of 4613 Charlton St in Woodbridge
Charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of a firearm while in possession of a Schedule I/II narcotic [marijuana], conspiracy to violate the drug control act
Court date: March 14, 2014 | Bond: held WITHOUT bond

Brandon Anthony WILSON, 25, of 210 Gettysburg Ct in Stafford
Charged with two counts of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute
