April 21 doggie bake sale for bark park

City of Manassas Park Department of Parks and Recreation invites the community to its first Doggie Bake Sale, rain or shine and taking place at the Manassas Park Dog Park on Saturday, April 21 from noon to 3 p.m.3 The bake sale will feature a variety of treats for dog and owner. Vendors will be selling their dog treats. Red Dog Spa will have treats for pups as well as treats to make at home. The Aubergine Chef, Jason Shriner, will be selling his yummy treats from his baking classes! A portion of the proceeds will go towards enhancements and maintenance for the dog park, according to a Manassas Park statement.

Admission is free and there will be onsite parking for all hungry pups and owners. The Doggie Bake Sale is a rain or shine event. In the event of rain, the bake sale will be moved indoors into the prefunction area of the Manasssas Park Community Center.
