All clear signal given at New Dominion Alternative Center

New Dominion Alternative Center “was checked by emergency services and it was determined that the smell was from sewer gas,” according to Irene Cromer, spokesman for Prince William County public schools.
“The all clear has been given for the students to return to the building,” Cromer said at 11:05 a.m. in a news release.
The school had been evacuated as a precaution about 20 minutes earlier due to the smell of gas.
