Accused person allegedly gave money to sexual assault victim, age 10
Aggravated Sexual Battery – On May Friday, 8. 2020 at 10:10AM, Prince William County police officers responded to a residence located in the Manassas (20111) area of Prince William County to investigate a sexual assault.
The investigation revealed that the female victim, a 10-year-old juvenile, was inappropriately touched by another resident of the home, later identified as the accused, earlier that morning, said a report from MPO Renee Carr, police department representative.
Detectives with the Special Victims Unit responded and determined the accused gave money to the victim before inappropriately touching her, Off. Carr said.
The accused fled the residence prior to police arrival.. Detectives were eventually able to make contact with the accused who responded to the police station. No injuries were reported. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Francisco Misael ESPINOZA CUBIAS, was arrested.

Charged with aggravated sexual battery
