• Strong-Arm Robbery *ARREST –
On July 1, 2022 Prince William County Police officers on patrol located the suspect wanted in connection to the robbery that was reported at the 7-Eleven located at 13990 Richmond Hwy. in Woodbridge (22191) on March 23, 2022, according to First Sgt. Jonathan Perok, public information officer. The suspect, identified as Henry Noe AGUILAR ORTIZ, was taken to custody.
Arrested on July 1:
Henry Noe AGUILAR ORTIZ, 23, of no fixed address
Charged with robbery and trespassing

Strong-Arm Robbery [Previously Released] – On March 23, 2022 at 7:58AM, officers responded to the 7-Eleven located at 13990 Jefferson Davis Hwy. in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a robbery. An employee, reported to police that the accused, who was previously trespassed from the store, entered the store, and took alcohol from the cooler before walking towards the door. When the employee attempted to prevent the accused from leaving, he pushed the employee out of the way and exited with the unpaid items. No injuries were reported. Following the investigation, officers obtained arrest warrants for the accused, identified as Henry Noe AGUILAR ORTIZ. Attempts to locate the accused have been unsuccessful.

INCIDENTS
• Shooting Investigation –
On July 3, 2022 at 11:51PM, officers responded to the parking lot of the Sams Car Wash located at 8129 Sudley Rd in Manassas (20109) to investigate a shooting. The investigation revealed a large gathering was occurring at the location when an argument ensued. During the encounter, the altercation escalated when multiple gunshots were fired before the gathering dispersed. Officers arrived on scene quickly and located evidence of a shooting. While investigating the incident, an adult male was located in the area of Nimitz Ct and Fairmount Ave suffering from gunshot wounds. Officers responded to the area and provided immediate first aid to the man until rescue personnel arrived on scene. Two additional adult males were driven to an area hospital, also suffering from gunshot wounds. Officers arrived at the hospital and determined the two men were present at the shooting. A fourth adult male was also later identified as being at the location at the time of the shooting and had been shot. Three of the men were flown to an area trauma center while the fourth man was ground transported. The men ranged in age from 23 to 26. At this time, all injuries are believed to be non-life threatening. Detectives are actively investigating the shooting to identify the parties involved. The investigation continues.

• Shooting Investigation – On July 2, 2022 at 2:29AM, Prince William County Police officers responded to investigate a shooting that possibly occurred in the area of Waterway Dr and Northgate Dr in Dumfries (22025) earlier that morning. The investigation revealed an 18-year-old man was being treated at an area hospital for a non-life threatening shotgun wound to his foot. The man was unsure of where the incident occurred and was not cooperative with officers regarding what occurred or was involved. The man alleged he was walking possibly in the above area when he heard a gunshot and determined the round had struck his foot. The man contacted a family member and was driven to the hospital where police were notified. No additional information was provided to police to aid in the investigation. No calls were made from the area at the time of the shooting and no other injuries or property damage were reported. Officers checked the area of the alleged incident and no evidence of a shooting was found.

• Carjacking – On July 2, 2022 at 4:47PM,  Prince William County Police officers responded to the 15700 block of Norris Pond Way in Woodbridge (22025) to investigate a carjacking. The investigation revealed the victim, a 33-year-old man, met a teenaged male before the two drove to Tassia Ln where they were supposed to meet with two additional males. Once in the above area, the three males forced the victim from the vehicle before driving away. One of the suspects was allegedly armed with a handgun at the time of the encounter. No injuries were reported. Witnesses observed two of the suspects flee on foot from the vehicle while the third continued driving. Responding officers observed the vehicle in the area of Benita Fitzgerald Dr and Cardinal Dr. When officers caught up to the vehicle, it was located unoccupied on Silent Tree Pl. A police K-9 and helicopter assistance from Fairfax police searched the area for the driver who was not located. A short time later, a caller reported seeing three juveniles running along Foster Rd. The K-9 and helicopter also searched that area for the juveniles who were not located. The incident is not believed to be random. The investigation continues.
Suspects Descriptions:
Three teenaged black males, two described as 5’5”-5’9”, with thin builds and medium complexions, one had a tattoo on his left arm and dreadlocks, wearing a gray t-shirt while the other had tattoos on his right hand “has some red” wearing a black t-shirt and black sweatpants—the third suspect was described as 5’10”-6’0” with a muscular build wearing a white t-shirt and blue jeans

• Attempted Carjacking – On July 2, 2022 at 6:38PM,  Prince William County Police officers responded to investigate an attempted carjacking that was reported to have occurred at the Lynwood Shopping Center located in the 14400 block of Richmond Hwy in Woodbridge (22191) earlier that afternoon around 3:30PM. The investigation revealed the victim, a 47-year-old woman, left a business in the above area and had returned to her vehicle in the parking lot when an unknown man opened the unlocked passenger door and asked the victim for a ride. When the victim refused, the man climbed over the center console and attempted to push the victim out of the vehicle. A struggle ensued between the two parties before two bystanders intervened to assist the victim. The men got the suspect out of the vehicle where he then fled on foot. The victim left the area and returned to her residence where she contacted police. No injuries were reported, and no property was taken.
Suspect Description:
Black male, late 20’s to early 30’s, 5’7”-5’11”, 180lbs with a muscular build, short black hair, full beard, and dark-colored eyes
Last seen wearing a dark blue tank top, dark blue sweatpants with three white stripes down the leg, and dark-colored shoes with yellow tread

• Brandishing | Road Rage – On July 3, 2022 at 11:31AM, Prince William County Police officers were flagged down in the area of Richmond Hwy and Occoquan Rd in Woodbridge (22191) in reference to a road rage. The investigation revealed the victims, a 27-year-old man and a 25-year-old woman, were driving on Gordon Blvd when they were involved in a road rage incident with the driver of a dark blue Kia Sportage. During the encounter, the driver of the other vehicle brandished a firearm and pointed it towards the victim’s vehicle. The suspect continued following the victims before they observed a police vehicle and reported the incident to the officer. The area was checked for the suspect vehicle which was not located. No physical or verbal contact was made between the parties and no injuries were reported.

White male, 30’s, with a thin build, light complexion, and beard
Last seen wearing a red baseball hat, black shirt, and black sunglasses

• Indecent Exposure – On July 3 at 8:55AM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the 10700 block of Sudley Manor Dr in Manassas (20109) to investigate an indecent exposure. The investigation revealed the victim, a 29-year-old woman, was waiting in her vehicle in the parking lot for a business to open when she observed a gold-colored sedan park near her vehicle. When the victim looked over at the vehicle, she observed the male driver exposing himself and making obscene gestures.
The victim relocated in the parking lot and the suspect eventually left the area. No physical or verbal contact was made between the parties. The driver was described as a male wearing a gray shirt and black shorts.

• Commercial Burglary – On July 2 at 9:20AM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the Woodlee Terrace Apartment leasing office located at 12525 Gordon Blvd in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a burglary. The investigation revealed three male suspects entered the gym area of the leasing office around 5:20AM that morning. The suspects then proceeded to the laundry area they used a hammer to break the lock on a machine to access money before fleeing the area. No other damage was reported, and no further property was missing.
Suspects Descriptions:
Three black males, two described as having thin builds, short black hair, and medium complexions, one wearing a white t-shirt, faded blue jeans, and red & white shoes, while the other was wearing a black t-shirt, faded blue jeans, and black & red shoes—the third suspect was described as having a large build, short black hair, and a medium complexion wearing a green Michigan State hooded sweatshirt with Spartan logo and black shorts

• Commercial Burglary – On July 2, 2022 at 7:59AM, Prince William County Police Prince officers responded to the River Run Apartments located in the 13900 block of Hedgewood Dr in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a burglary. The investigation revealed ESD money card system boxes were tampered with in three buildings. Upon reviewing surveillance footage, two men were seen on entering one of the buildings around 4:58AM that morning. An undisclosed amount of money was reported missing. No other damage was reported, and no further property was missing. The incident is likely linked to the aforementioned burglary at another nearby apartment complex.
Suspect Descriptions:
Two black males, both in their early to mid-20s, one described as having a thin build with short bushy hair wearing a black t-shirt, gray jeans, and black & red shoes while the second was described as having a medium build with a short recruit-style haircut wearing a green Michigan Trojans hooded sweatshirt

ARRESTS
• Malicious Wounding –
On July 3, 2022 at 11:19PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to a residence located in the 8600 block of Newton Pl in Manassas (20111) to investigate an assault. The investigation revealed the victim, a 40-year-old man, and an acquaintance, identified as the accused, were involved in a verbal altercation that escalated. During the encounter, the accused struck the victim at least one time causing injuries to the victim’s face. The parties separated and police were contacted. The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Daniel AGUILAR ROMERO, was arrested.

• Felony Child Neglect – On July 3, 2020 at 5:01PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the 12700 block of Gold Cup Trl in Manassas (20112) to investigate a crash. When officers arrived on scene, they were notified the vehicle involved was being driven in a reckless manner just prior to the collision. The investigation revealed the driver of the vehicle, identified as the accused, lost control of her a 2022 Dodge Challenger and drove off the roadway where the vehicle then struck a mailbox, an electrical box, and then a parked vehicle. Two children, both 4 years of age, were determined to have been unrestrained in the vehicle at the time of the collision. The accused was found to have been driving the vehicle while intoxicated. An open container was located inside the vehicle. The children were not injured. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Christine Alexandra BIFFAR, was arrested.

Charged with 2 counts of felony child neglect, 1 count of driving while intoxicated, 1 count of unreasonable refusal, 1 count of obstruction of justice, and 1 count of driving with an open container

• Strong-Arm Robbery – On July 2, 2022 at 8:15AM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the 7-Eleven located at 13990 Richmond Hwy in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a robbery. The investigation revealed an employee of the business approached a patron, later identified as the accused, who was concealing merchandise in his clothing. When the employee confronted the accused, a physical altercation ensued before the employee was struck by the accused. The accused then fled the store where he encountered police nearby and was detained after a brief foot chase and struggle. The accused was also found to be wanted on several unrelated warrants. The employee sustained minor injuries from the assault. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Jahkeron Lorenzo LAZARE, was arrested.
