Victim tells police she was grabbed around neck and man tried to stab her with knife

Strangulation | Domestic Related *ARREST – On Nov. 3, 2021, the suspect sought in connection with the domestic that was reported to have occurred in the 1400 block of Bayside Ave. in Woodbridge (22191) on Nov. 2, was arrested. The suspect, Keenan Dejuan DUNCAN, was taken into custody without incident.

Strangulation | Domestic Related [Previously Released] – On November 2 at 7:10AM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the Bayvue Apartments located in the 1400 block of Bayside Ave. in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a domestic. The victim, a 22-year-old woman, reported to police that she and an acquaintance, identified as the accused, were involved in a verbal altercation when the accused grabbed her around the neck from behind. The victim was temporarily able to separate from the accused before he shoved her against a wall and struck her. At one point, the accused retrieved a knife and attempted to stab the victim before she was able to separate from the accused. The accused then took the victim’s cell phone and left the residence. The victim went to a nearby business where police were contacted. The victim reported minor injuries. Following the investigation, officers obtained arrest warrants for the accused, identified as Keenan Dejuan DUNCAN. Attempts to locate the accused have been unsuccessful.
