Two 7-Eleven stores held up over weekend; suspects show firearms, demand $$ and tobacco products

MPO Renee Carr, public information officer for the Prince William County Police Department, issued this report on Monday, Aug. 10:

Armed Robbery – On August 8 at 12:45AM, officers responded to the 7-Eleven located at 18750 Fuller Heights Rd. in Triangle (22172) to investigate a robbery. The store employee reported to police that an unknown black man entered the store and approached the front counter.

During the encounter, the suspect brandished a firearm before demanding money and tobacco products. The suspect took the property and money before fleeing on foot prior to police arriving at the location. A police K-9 and the Fairfax County police helicopter responded to search the area for the suspect who was not located. The investigation continues.

Suspect Description:
A black male, between 18-30 years old, 5’10-6’1”, with a thin build
Last seen wearing a black face mask, a blue jacket, black pants, grey shoes and a brown backpack

Armed Robbery – On August 10 at 3:40AM, officers responded to the 7-Eleven located at 1701 Featherstone Rd. in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a robbery. The store employee reported to police that three unknown men entered the store where two approached the counter while the third stayed by the front door.

During the encounter, all three men brandished firearms before the two near the counter demanded money and tobacco products. The suspects took property and money before fleeing on foot in the direction of Reddy Dr. A police K-9 and the Fairfax County police helicopter responded to search the area for the suspects who were not located. The investigation continues.

Suspect Descriptions:
A black male, 5’9”-5’11”, approximately 160lbs.
Last seen wearing a mask, a black hooded sweatshirt, black sweatpants with white stripes, white shoes and blue latex style gloves
A black male, 5’9”-5’11”, approximately 160lbs.
Last seen wearing a mask, a pink hooded sweatshirt, grey sweatpants, white shoes and blue latex style gloves
A white male, 5’9”-5’11”, approximately 160lbs.
