Three charged and held without bond in three separate incidents

Malicious Wounding | Strangulation – On March 30 at 12:55PM, Prince William County police officers responded to investigate a domestic that was reported to have occurred at the Old Centreville Garden Apartments located in the 7400 block of Prince Charles Ct. in Manassas (20111) earlier that morning at approximately 1:30AM.

The victim, a 28-year-old woman, reported to police that she and an acquaintance, identified as the accused, were involved in a verbal altercation that escalated. During the encounter, the accused struck the victim in the head before grabbing her throat and cutting her with a knife.

Eventually the parties separated, and the victim left the residence. The victim contacted the police later that day. Officers located the accused and detained him without incident. Both parties reported minor injuries. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as David Reinaldo GONZALEZ, was arrested.

Malicious Wounding | Domestic Related – On March 30, Prince William County police officers concluded an investigation into a domestic assault that was reported to have occurred in the 12300 block of Oakwood Dr. in Woodbridge (22192) on Jan. 12, 2020. The investigation revealed that the victim, a 28-year-old woman, and an acquaintance, identified as the accused, were involved in a verbal altercation that escalated.

During the encounter, the accused got into his vehicle and was attempting to leave, when the victim tried to get into the passenger seat. Before the victim could get entirely into the vehicle, the accused began to drive away, dragging the victim. After a short distance, the victim was able to separate from the vehicle as the accused continued driving. The victim reported minor injuries. On Jan. 12, following the investigation, officers obtained warrants of arrest for the accused, identified as Jose Angel GUZMAN. On March 30, officers located the accused at his residence and took him into custody without incident.

Strangulation | Domestic Assault and Battery – On March 30 at 10:00AM, officers from the Prince William County Police Department responded to investigate a domestic that was reported to have occurred at a residence located in the 5700 block of Sailstone Ln. in Woodbridge (22193) on March 28.

The investigation revealed that the victim, a 31-year-old woman, and a family member, identified as the accused, were involved in a verbal altercation that escalated. During the encounter, the accused aggressively threw the victim down and grabbed her throat.

The parties eventually separated. The victim recently reported the incident prompting the police investigation. The victim reported minor injuries. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Charleston Lamar HARRIS, was arrested.
