Stafford man, 19, charged with assault and battery on a Law Enforcement Officer [LEO]
Assault and Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer [LEO] – On March 12 at 1:45AM, Prince William County police officers responded to the 12400 block of Dillingham Sq. in the Lake Ridge area of Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a disorderly.
Officers made contact with an individual, later identified as the accused, who was acting disorderly outside of a nearby business and further determined he was intoxicated. During the encounter, the accused struck and kicked officers before being taken into custody. Minor injuries were reported by the officers. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Kevin Jerard TAYLOR, was arrested.

Charged with 2 counts of assault & battery on LEO, 1 count of obstruction of justice and 1 count of intoxicated in public
