Relative, 74, charged with carnal knowledge of girl, 14, in Manassas

**ARRESTS**
Sexual Assault Investigation – On June 25, detectives from the Special Victims Unit responded to investigate a sexual assault that was reported to have occurred at a residence located in the Manassas area of Prince William County on June 24. The investigation revealed the victim, a 14-year-old female, was sexually assaulted by a family member, identified as the accused. The victim recently disclosed the encounter prompting the police investigation. Following the investigation, the accused identified as Roscoe HUNTER, was arrested without incident.

Abduction | Domestic Assault – On June 25 at 10:37PM, officers began an investigation into a malicious wounding that occurred earlier in the evening at an apartment located in the 7500 block of Margate Ct. in Manassas (20109). The victim, a 44-year-old woman, reported to police that her and an acquaintance, identified as the accused, were involved in a verbal argument that escalated. During the encounter, the accused grabbed the victim’s arm and then pushed her down. The victim attempted to leave the room however, the accused blocked the doorway and prevented her from leaving. The parties separated, and the victim responded to the police station to report the incident. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Kevin Lee HENRY, was located and arrested without incident.

Malicious Wounding – On June 25 at 4:45PM, officers responded to the Prince William – Manassas Adult Detention Center located at 9320 Lee Ave in Manassas (20110) to investigate an assault between inmates. The investigation revealed the accused struck the victim who was another inmate, identified as a 26-year-old man, multiple times in the upper body and face earlier that day. The parties were separated by the staff and the victim was transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries for treatment. The accused reported minor injuries and was transported to a local hospital for treatment. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Antuan Jamal PENDERGRAPH, was charged and remains incarcerated at the ADC.
