PW Committee of 100 sets discussion of discretionary fund spending

Prince William Committee of 100 will host a Feb. 16 discussion on County Supervisors’ discretionary funds at the Four Points by Sheraton, 10800 Vandor Lane in Manassas.  The discussion that will focus on the off-budget aspect of the Supervisors’ discretionary funds is open to the public and will begin at 7:45 p.m

Jonathan Way, a member of the Manassas City Council, will serve as moderator. Panelists will be John Gray, C.P.A. and former member of Occoquan and At-Large Budget Committees; Paul Moessner, Board of Directors, Action in Community Service (ACTS); Frank Principi, Prince William Board of County Supervisors, Woodbridge District; and Michael W. Thompson, President, Thomas Jefferson Institute for Public Policy

The evening begins at 6:30 p.m. with a meet and greet followed by dinner ($$) at 7 p.m and the panel discussion at 7:45 p.m.  Dinner reservations (or cancellations) should be made by Monday, Feb. 13, to .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address). No charge to attend the program only at 7:45 p.m. Meeting cancellation policy follows that of the Prince William County Public School System. If inclement weather causes cancellation of classes, our program is canceled. If after-school activities are canceled, our program is also canceled. To check on school closings, call 703-791-8720.
