Tranquility in Haymarket

One step inside says it all. The scents, sights and sounds gently whisper, “tranquility”—the perfect moniker for Tranquility Day Spa & Salon in Haymarket.

Tranquility is offering peace, love and joy to others in the form of three special gift packages: The Love Package (an hour massage, one-hour facial, spa manicure and spa pedicure); The Joy Package (purchase three gift cards of equal value and receive the fourth of the same value free); and The Peace Package (hour massage or hour facial plus a spa pedicure). The salon will be open every day through Christmas Eve at 5 p.m.

Gloria Harding, and her husband, Wayne, started their business in 1997. The Gainesville couple will soon celebrate 15 years of pampering clients literally from head to toe at their upscale spa. Their first salon opened in Manassas; then they expanded their hair salon services to the current Haymarket location in 2007. In March 2011, they brought all the employees from the Manassas location to Haymarket and added the spa portion of the business.

For the Tranquility team, training is year-round process. The Hardings aim to offer a spectacular salon and spa.
