Armed Robbery (Previously Released)

On Oct. 21 at 3:09 p.m., police responded to the Darien Jewelers at 2816 Prince William Parkway in Woodbridge for a robbery. The investigation revealed that an unknown man, later identified as the accused, had entered the implied he had a handgun and stole jewelry, two rings valued around $4,500, before fleeing the area. Police were able to identify the man as the accused. No injuries were reported.

UPDATE ON ARREST

On Dec. 2, the accused was located in Fairfax and taken into custody without incident. Arrested: Aaron Lee Richardson, 44 – no fixed address. Charge with armed robbery and assault. Court date and bond information unavailable.

ARRESTS
Aggravated Malicious Wounding
On Dec. 7 at 9:51 p.m., police responded to the 13600 block of Fleetwood Dr. in Nokesville for a stabbing. The male victim, 40 of Nokesville, reported to police that he and the accused, a known acquaintance, were involved in a verbal altercation that escalated. During the encounter, the accused allegedly stabbed the victim to the upper body with a knife. The accused fled the scene but was located and arrested without further incident. The victim was transported to an area hospital with nonlife threatening injuries. Arrested: Amber Rae Webb, 29, of 11716 Aden Road in Nokesville. Charged with malicious wounding. Court date unavailable, held without bond.

Malicious Wounding
On Dec. 7 at 7:26 p.m., police responded to the 10900 block of Coverstone Dr. in Manassas for a domestic. The male victim, 46 of Manassas, reported to police that he and the accused, a known acquaintance, were involved in a verbal altercation that escalated. During the encounter the accused allegedly grabbed a kitchen knife and began swinging it towards him. The victim attempted to defend himself and sustained a cut to the hand. The victim was able to get the knife away from the accused. The accused then retrieved a long pronged fork and stabbed the victim to the upper body. The accused was still on scene and was taken into custody without further incident. The victim sustained minor injuries. Arrested: Maria Reginada Garcia Rosales, 33, of the 10900 block of Coverstone Dr. in Manassas. Charged with malicious wounding. Court date unavailable, held without bond.

Armed Robbery
On Dec. 7 at 11:46 p.m., police responded to Youth for Tomorrow at 11885 Hazel Circle Dr. in Bristow for a robbery. The male victim, 19 of Bristow, reported to police that two other residents of his dorm, the accused, had robbed him. During the encounter one of the males displayed a box cutter while the other male removed the victim’s belongings. Both males fled the dorm but were located a short distance later. Property, including two laptops and other electronics, valued close to $3,000, were recovered and returned to the victim. No injuries were reported. Arrested: Two juvenile males, both 17 of Bristow. Both have been charged with armed robbery. Court date unavailable, both are held at a juvenile detention facility.

INCIDENT REPORTS
Bank Robbery

On Dec. 8 at 10:43 a.m., police responded to the PNC Bank at 12650 Apollo Dr. in Woodbridge for a reported robbery. Employees reported to police that an unknown man entered the bank and demanded money. No firearm was shown or implied. The man took an undisclosed amount of U.S. currency before fleeing the area in a vehicle. No injuries were reported. Lookout: White male, between 20 & 29, 5’08”-5’10”, thin build with blonde hair. Last seen wearing tan coat and tan pants.

Burglary
On Dec. 7 at 9:28 p.m., police responded to the 2600 block of River Basin Lane in Woodbridge for a burglary. Homeowner reported to police the burglary occurred between 8 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. There were no signs of forced entry the residence. A TV, valued around $500, was reported missing.

Burglary to Business
On Dec. 7 at 11:36 a.m., police responded to the Panda Chinese Restaurant at 2241-A Tacketts Mill Road in Woodbridge for a burglary. Employee reported to police that the burglary occurred between 10 a.m. Dec. 6 and 11 a.m. Dec. 7. Entry appeared to have been made through an unlocked front window. An undisclosed amount of U.S. currency was reported missing.

Burglary
On Dec. 7 at 9:59 a.m., police responded to the 8400 block of Bearhurst Dr. in Gainesville for a burglary to vacant residence. Property owner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 7 p.m. Dec. 6 and 9 a.m. Dec. 7. There were no signs of forced entry into the residence. Entry is believed to have been gained through an unlocked sliding glass door a TV and other items, valued $800, were reported missing.

Burglary
On Dec. 2 at 1 p.m., police responded to the 3400 block of Belleplain Ct. in Dumfries for a burglary. Homeowner reported to police the burglary occurred between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. Entry appeared to have been made through a rear basement door that had been forced opened. Electronics, including a gaming console and laptop, in addition to other miscellaneous items, valued around $4,000 were reported missing.

Burglary
On Nov. 30 at 10:10 a.m., police responded to the 19000 block of Fuller Heights Road in Triangle for a burglary. Homeowner reported to police the burglary occurred between 5 p.m. Nov. 29 and 9 a.m. Nov. 30. There were no signs of forced entry into the residence. No items were reported missing, however, several rooms were rummaged through.
