Burglary (Previously Released)

On Nov. 30 at 2:08 p.m., police responded to the 14400 block of Filarete St. in Woodbridge for a burglary. Homeowner reported to police the burglary occurred between 8 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Entry appeared to have been made through a rear sliding glass door that had been broken out. 2 TVs, a gaming console, related games and jewelry, valued around $5,000, were reported missing.

Update on Suspect

On Dec. 1, police were able to identify the suspect, the accused, in reference to the reported burglary listed above. A search warrant was executed at the residence of the accused at 4127 Ferrara Trail in Woodbridge. The accused was not at the residence at the time of the search warrant execution. Warrants were obtained and remain on file. Wanted: Marcus Davon Williams, 22, of 4127 Ferrara Trail in Woodbridge. Described as a black male, 6’00” 270 lbs., black hair, brown eyes, medium build. Wanted for burglary and grand larceny.

INCIDENT REPORTS
Malicious Wounding

On Dec. 1 at 9:48 p.m., police responded to Giuseppe’s Restaurant at 15120 Washington St. in Haymarket for a stabbing. The victim, a 53 year old man of Haymarket, reported to police that he was at the restaurant when he got into a verbal altercation with the accused, a known acquaintance, who happened to be at the restaurant as well. The altercation escalated and the accused allegedly grabbed a fork sitting on a table and stabbed the victim in the cheek before fleeing the area. The altercation appeared to have stemmed from an ongoing feud between the two men. The victim sustained minor injuries. Attempts to locate the accused were unsuccessful. A warrant was obtained and is on file. Wanted: Richard Latham Nadeau, 51, of 5474 Beverly Mill Road in Broad Run. Described as a white male, 6’03” 260 lbs., brown hair, hazel eyes, medium build. Wanted for malicious wounding.
