INCIDENT REPORTS
Bank Robbery
On Nov. 18t at 9:18 a.m., police responded to the VA Commerce Bank at 10830 Balls Ford Road in Manassas for a robbery. Bank employees reported to police that an unknown female entered the bank, implied she had a handgun and demanded money. The woman took an undisclosed amount of U.S. currency before fleeing the area,  possible on foot. No injuries were reported. Lookout: White female, early 20s, 5’04” 120 lbs., thin build with dark blonde hair and two face piercings. Last seen wearing a dark-colored hooded sweatshirt and dark-colored “washed”-style jeans.

Armed Robbery
On Nov. 17 at 3:58 p.m., police responded to the 4100 block of Cressida Place in Woodbridge for a robbery. The male victim, 34 of Woodbridge, reported to police that he meet up with an unknown man to sell a cell phone after advertising it on Craigslist. The victim arranged to meet the man in a parking lot in the area above. Once there, the man displayed a handgun and took the victim’s cell phone, valued around $350, before fleeing the area in a vehicle. No injuries were reported. Lookout: Black male, between 20 & 30, 6’02” 180 lbs., thin build with a full beard. Last seen wearing a baseball-style hat, blue jeans, unknown color coat and brown shoes. Vehicle Lookout:  A newer model, possibly green, Ford Escape SUV.

ARRESTS
Assault by Mob
On Nov. 16 at 2:38 p.m., police responded to the 4700 block of Kirkdale Drive in Woodbridge for a fight. The male victim, 18 of Woodbridge, reported to police that he was assaulted in the area above by a group of unknown men after a verbal altercation escalated. Minor injuries were reported. Police canvassed the area and were able to locate one of the assailants involved, who was identified as a juvenile. The investigation continues into the identity of the other assailants involved. Arrested: A 17-year-old male of Woodbridge. Charged with assault by mob. Court date unavailable, released to guardian.

Malicious Wounding
On Nov. 17 at 5:22 p.m., police responded to the JC Penny - Manassas Mall at 8358 Sudley Road in Manassas for a fight. The male victim, 18 of Manassas Park, reported to police that he and the accused, a known acquaintance, were involved in a verbal altercation in the store, which moved out into the parking lot. During the encounter, the accused allegedly struck the victim in the head with a baseball bat. The accused left the scene in a vehicle but was located by police on Wild Ginger Circle. The victim was transported to an area hospital with nonlife threatening injuries. Arrested: Daniel Martinez, 19, of 11419 Golden Leaf Circle in Manassas. Charged with malicious wounding. Court date set for Dec. 21, 2011, held on a $5,000 secured bond.

OTHER INCIDENT REPORTS
Burglary
On Nov. 16 at 1:02 p.m., police responded to the 13800 block of Langstone Dr. in Woodbridge for a burglary. Homeowner reported to police the burglary occurred between 7 a.m. and noon. Entry appeared to have been gained through a rear window that had been broken out. A TV, laptop, jewelry and other electronics valued around $4,500 were reported missing.
