Residents can comment on location and design for new high school in western PWC
Residents can learn and speak out, September 14 and 23, about potential locations and designs for the planned 13th high school in western Prince William County.
Meetings will be: Monday, Sept.14, 7 p.m., Battlefield High School Auditorium; and Wednesday, Sept. 23, 2015, 7 p.m., Patriot High School Auditorium.
Following brief presentations on location and design options, residents will have up to three minutes each to share their views.
Members of the School Board and PWCS administration will be on hand to listen, enabling community views to help shape the new school.
The 13th PWCS high school is slated to open in 2020, meaning construction must start soon. This is the time to share your views on a school that will take today’s western Prince William County elementary and middle school students to graduation and beyond.
