National Night Out in Haymarket Aug. 4

National Night Out celebration will be held at Haymarket Town Hall/Police Department on Washington Street, on Tuesday, Aug. 4, from 5 to 9 p.m. The community is invited to stop by, says Greg P. Smith, interim police chief.

See the dunk tank for charity with some law enforcement officers and public officials making the sacrifice for a worthy cause.

Also, there will be a hula hoop contest as well as drawings for new bicycles and starter packs.

Enjoy pizza, live music and more and meet the local law enforcement team.
