ARRESTS
Sexual Battery
On June 1 at 1:45 p.m., police responded to investigate an alleged sexual battery reported to have occurred at Stonewall Jackson High School at 8820 Rixlew Lane in Manassas. The victim, 14, reported to police that the accused, a known acquaintance, had sexually assaulted her, on more than one occasion, between April 11 and April 15 in a stairwell within the school. The victim reported the incidents to school authorities on June 1 who then contacted police. Both the victim and the accused are students at the school. The accused was charged in June 2. Arrested: Phillip Andrew McNuss, 18, of 10215 Jamaica Lane in Manassas. Charged with sexual battery, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and carnal   knowledge. Court date unavailable, held without bond.

Armed Robbery
On June 5 at 11:45 a.m., police responded to the Christ is Lord Ministry at 14338 Jefferson Davis Hwy in Woodbridge for a robbery that took place during church services. The investigation revealed that one of the accused, Wing, had entered the church through an unsecured rear door and into a back office where four members of the church were counting the collection. Wing displayed a handgun and took an undisclosed amount of U.S. currency before fleeing on foot and into a vehicle. Wing then met up with Conteh at his residence in Lorton. Conteh was determined to be an accomplice in the robbery through undisclosed means. Police responded to the scene and, through an extensive investigation, were able to quickly identify the two accused as those responsible for the robbery. Wing was arrested at his residence in Dumfries without incident where a search was executed and evidence related to the robbery was recovered. Conteh was also arrested at his residence without incident. None of the other parishioners were aware of the robbery as it took place. No injuries were reported. Arrested: Stephen Ernest Wing, Jr., 19, of 3371 Yost Lane #104 in Dumfries. Andrew Phillip Conteh, 18, of 7609 Wildwood Ct. Apt A3 in Lorton. Both were charged with abduction, robbery and use of a firearm in commission of a felony.  Court date unavailable, both held without bond.

Abduction / Shooting
On June 4 at 2:40 a.m., police responded to the area of Neabsco Mills Road and Potomac Branch Drive in Woodbridge for a shooting call. Caller reported to police that an unknown man was in the area firing a handgun. The caller went on to state that a man and women were seen leaving the area. The vehicle was not located and no evidence supporting the claim was located. At 5 a.m., police were notified of a possible domestic situation in a vehicle in the area of Opitz Boulevard and Neabsco Mills Road. The vehicle matched that of the description provided in the earlier call. The investigation revealed the female victim, 26 of Stafford, had been involved in a verbal altercation with the accused, a known acquaintance, which escalated. The victim reported she had been unable to get away from the accused due to him having a handgun. No injuries were reported. The accused was arrested without incident. Arrested: Sherwin David Browne, 35, of 9558 Belvoir Road in Fort Belvoir. Charged with abduction, possession of a concealed weapon and being intoxicated in public. Court date and bond information unavailable.

INCIDENT REPORTS
Assault by Mob / Strong Armed Robbery
On June 5 at 3 a.m., police responded to the 13000 block of Patamon Way in Dale City for an assault. The male victim, 29 of Dumfries, reported to police he was at an unknown location in Prince William County attending a party when he was approached by about six unknown men who assaulted him. During the assault, one of the assailants took his cell phone. The victim was transported to an area hospital for minor injuries. Investigation continues.

Strong Armed Robbery
On June 1 at 6:55 p.m., police responded to the 10500 block of Lomond Dr in Manassas for a robbery. The male victim, 25 of Manassas, reported to police he was in the area above when he was approached by a group of about four unknown males who assaulted him and took an undisclosed amount of U.S. currency before fleeing on foot. Minor injuries were reported. The victim could not provide police with a description of the assailants.
CRIME SOLVERS CASES
Destruction of Property
On two recent dates, May 27 and June 2, police have responded to the Montclair Commuter Lot at 16237 Dumfries Road in Dumfries for vehicle tamperings. Five vehicles, two from the May reporting and three from the June reporting, had their windows smashed out as the vehicles were parked in the lot during the day, between 6 a.m. and 5 p.m. No items were reported missing from any vehicle, however, ignitions were tampered with.

OTHER INCIDENT REPORTS
Shooting into an Occupied Dwelling
On June 1 at noon, police responded to the 8200 block of Tall Timber Dr. in Gainesville for a destruction of property call. Homeowner reported to police between midnight on May 31 and 9 a.m. on June 1, an unknown person shot the windshield on the homeowner’s vehicle and a glass window on the residence. No injuries were reported.

Burglary
On June 5 at 11:16 p.m., police responded to the 3600 block of Wharf Lane in Dumfries for a burglary in progress. Homeowner reported to police she had returned home and found the front door to her residence open. As the homeowner checked the residence, an unknown man was seen in an upstairs bedroom. The man fled the residence. No injuries reported. Lookout: Black male, between 20 and 30 years of age, 6’0” 200 lbs., medium build, short black hair. Last seen wearing a black T-shirt, black shorts and tan boots.

Burglary
On June 5 at 12:08 p.m., police responded to the 4100 block of Hampstead Lane in Lake Ridge for a burglary. Homeowner reported to police the burglary occurred between 10 p.m. on June 3 and noon on June 5. There were no signs of forced entry into the residence. Jewelry and a cell phone valued around $900 were reported missing.

Burglary
On June 5 at 11:21 a.m., police responded to Waters Edge at 13188 Marina Way in Woodbridge for a burglary. Employees reported to police the burglary occurred between 4 and 11 a.m. There were signs of forced entry into the building. An undisclosed amount of U.S. currency was reported missing.

Burglary
On June 4 at 11:07 a.m., police responded to the 7800 block of Ontario Road in Gainesville for a burglary. Homeowner reported to police the burglary occurred between 11:30 p.m. on June 3 and 5 a.m. on June 4. Entry appeared to have been gained through a laundry room window which was ajar. A laptop valued around $900 was reported missing.

Burglary
On June 4 at 1:01 a.m., police responded to the 18800 block of Pier Trail Dr. in Triangle for a burglary in progress. Homeowner reported to police she was upstairs within the residence when she heard the garage door open. The homeowner looked out the window and saw an unknown man by her vehicle. The man, once noticed, fled the area. Entry appeared to have been made through an unlocked vehicle in the driveway that had a garage door opener inside. The opener was used to access the garage. No items were reported missing. Lookout: Black male, between 14 and 18, 5’05” 150 lbs., medium build, black hair. Last seen wearing plaid shirt.

Burglary
On June 3 at 9:08 p.m., police responded to the 10000 block of Brandon Way in Manassas for a burglary. Homeowner reported to police the burglary occurred 7:10 and 9 p.m. Entry appeared to have been gained through an unlocked rear sliding glass door. Electronics and jewelry valuing around $7,500 were reported missing.

Burglary
On June 2 at 2:30 p.m., police responded to the 3500 block of Bath Ct. in Woodbridge for a burglary. Homeowner reported to police the burglary occurred between noon and 4 p.m. There were no signs of forced entry into the residence. Entry is believed to have been made through an unlocked door. Electronics valued around $3,300 were reported missing.
