July 16 seminar on legal issues for seniors open to community

On Wednesday, July 16 at 7:00 pm Home Instead Senior Care of Prince William / Fauquier will host a free seminar on legal issues for seniors at 9817 Godwin Drive #202, Manassas, VA 20110.

Various aspects of legal planning for seniors, including identifying goals, advance directives, legal capacity, durable powers of attorney, guardianship, wills, living wills and living trusts will be covered. In addition, we will explore making choices as a care team and planning for couples.

This presentation will be given by Rick Gow, Wealth Management Advisor at Lara, May & Associates, LLC. The seminar is a great starting point for anyone who needs to know the basics of the legal issues seniors and their families face.
