PW Police seek woman in black hat in connection with attempted Woodbridge bank robbery

Attempted Bank Robbery – On July 1st at 3:51PM, Prince William County police officers responded to the BB&T bank located at 2089 Daniel Stuart Sq in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate an attempted robbery, according to Officer Jonathan Perok, police spokesman.

The investigation revealed that an unknown woman entered the bank and approached the teller counter. Once at the counter, the woman demanded money. No money was taken and the suspect left the bank. No weapon was seen or implied.

Suspect Description:
Black female, between 20 & 30 years of age, 5’4”, 110lbs with a thin build, light complexion, and black hair
Last seen wearing a black hat, black sunglasses, blue jeans, black shirt, and brown shoes
