PWC Police looking for suspect in Pa. homicide said to be loose in the Manassas area

A suspect wanted for homicide out of Pennsylvania and who can be considered possibly armed and dangerous is on the loose in this area, according to Prince William County police.

Suspect fled following a vehicle pursuit with Manassas City police officers in the area of the Prince William Pkwy and Tattersall Dr.

**SUSPECT IS BELIEVED TO BE ON FOOT IN THE AREA,” according to a BOLO from the police
who also noted that there is a “heavy police presence in the area including multiple K-9’s and a helicopter.” 

Police identified the subject wanted as Earl Patrick MITCHELL, 20 years of age, 5’11”, 150lbs, thin build with shoulder length dreads and brown eyes. Last seen wearing a black jacket, blue jeans, black & white shoes.
