Residential Burglary
On October 3, 2013 Manassas City Police responded to the 10100 block of Springhouse Ct for a report of a burglary. According to the victim, he entered the property at approximately and noticed that a wall-mounted television and tool set, valued together at over $1300.00, were missing. Assault
On October 3, 2013 Manassas City Police responded to the 9200 block of Hood Rd for a report of assault. According to the victim, he was riding his bicycle down Hood Rd at approximately 11:00pm when three black males assaulted him by surprise. The victim sustained non-life threatening abrasions.
Description of Suspects: 3 black teenage males, 5’4”-5’-8” tall. One was wearing no shirt and one had dreadlocks or twisted hair. http://www.manassascity.org/index.aspx?NID=1610
Grand Larceny
On October 2, 2013 Manassas City Police responded to the 9200 block of Lee Ave in response to a larceny. According to the victim, she was approached by the suspect at a bus stop, who then asked her to call his brother using the victim’s cell phone. When the call reached voicemail, the victim handed the phone to the suspect to leave a mesage, at which point he ran off with the phone. The phone was valued at over $300.00.
Description of Suspect: Black male, 5’-4”-5’-5” tall, short hair, slim build with facial hair below his bottom lip. He was wearing black pants and a light blue bookbag. http://www.manassascity.org/index.aspx?NID=1597
