Are you interested in taking a free cookie decorating class with the Aubergine Chef Jason Shriner? If so, he will be hosting a free class this Saturday, Sept. 8, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Manassas Park Community Center, 99 Adams Street, Manassas Park, for all participants who bring new or gently used kitchen equipment.

Kitchen Aid Mixers, 12” Turntables, Digital Thermometers, Digital Timers, Digital Scales, Food Processor, 8” cake pans, 9” cake pans, 10” cake pans, Plastic Organizers with Drawers, Utensil Organizers, Half or Full Sheet Pans, Rubber spatulas, Wooden Spoons, Tongs, Wire Cooling Racks, Ladles, Crème Brulee Torches, Whisks, Scissors, Large (8”) metal offset spatulas, Small (4”) metal offset spatulas, Serrated Knives, Paring Knives, Chef Knives, Disposable Piping Bags, Cardboard Cake Circles (8”, 9”, 10”), Piping Tips, Cookie Cutters, Biscuit Cutters, Sieves, Gum Paste Tools and Cutters, Sauce Bottles, Pastry Brushes, Pizza Wheels, Ramekins, Stainless steel bowls, Freezer and microwave safe plastic containers (Between 2 quart - 8 quart) with lids, 3.5 quart stainless steel sauce pots, Large stock pots, Stainless steel frying pans, Non-stick skillets (8” preferred), Large Measuring Cups/Pitchers and a Can Opener.
