At 10 a.m. Gov. Youngkin was to attend the state funeral for Former President Jimmy Carter in Washington, D.C.
At 6 p.m. Gov. Youngkin is scheduled to join Governors for a meeting with President-Elect Donald Trump in Palm Beach, Fla.
