PW Police charge felony child neglect of 1-year-old and drug possession

ARRESTS
Felony Child Neglect – On Dec.17, 2024 at 9:58AM,  Prince William County Police officers responded to the Elevations One Apartments located in the 14300 block of Jeffries Rd. in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate suspected drug activity. While investigating the incident, officers determined a resident of an apartment, identified as the accused, was in possession of suspected illegal drugs that were also packaged for distribution.
Officers also determined the accused was caring for her 1-year-old daughter at the time. The child was unharmed and released to the custody of known parties. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Mia Lisia GUTHRIE, was arrested. Additional arrests were also made in connection with the investigation.

• Indecent Exposure – On Wednesday, Dec. 18, 2024 at 4:23PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the 10000 block of Lomond Dr. in Manassas (20109) to investigate an indecent exposure. The investigation revealed the victims, a 13-year-old female juvenile and a 32-year-old man, observed a partially unclothed man, later identified as the accused, exposing himself in the above area. Officers located the accused nearby and detained him without incident. No physical contact occurred between the victims and the accused. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Michael Scott JENKINSON, was arrested.

Michael Scott JENKINSON, 54, of 8602 Ashton Ave. in Manassas
Charged with 2 counts of indecent exposure
