• Strong-Arm Robbery *ARREST – On Dec. 3, 2024, the suspect, identified as Alexis AYESTAS ROMERO, who was sought in connection to the Aug. 5, 2024 robbery that was reported to have occurred in the 1900 block of York Dr. in Woodbridge (22191) on August 5, 2024, was arrested.

Strong-Arm Robbery [Previously Released] – On August 5, 2024 at 5:40PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to a residence located in the 1900 block of York Dr. in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a robbery. The investigation revealed the victim, a 26-year-old woman, and an acquaintance, identified as the accused, were involved in a verbal altercation that escalated. During the encounter, the accused grabbed the victim and forcefully took the keys from her hand before fleeing the residence. No injuries were reported. Following the investigation, officers obtained arrest warrants for the accused, identified as Alexis AYESTAS ROMERO. Attempts to locate the accused have been unsuccessful.
• Indecent Liberties | Indecent Exposure *ARREST – On Monday, Dec. 16, 2024 Prince William County Police officers responded to investigate an indecent exposure in the area of Anderson Ct. and Arkendale St. in Woodbridge (22193) involving a man matching the description of a previous incident reported on Dec. 11 in the same area.
The investigation revealed the victim, a 45-year-old woman, was driving on Anderson Ct. when she observed an unknown man, later identified as the accused, expose himself and make inappropriate gestures. While checking the area, officers located and detained the accused without incident.
During the Dec. 11 incident, officers determined a juvenile victim was with the adult victim. No physical contact occurred with the victims in either incident. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Kieare Jeremiah WHITMORE, was arrested.

Indecent Exposure [Previously Released] – On December 11, 2024 at 8:17AM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the area of Anderson Ct and Arkendale St in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate an indecent exposure. The investigation revealed the victim, a 23-year-old woman, was driving on Anderson Ct when she observed an unknown man expose himself and make inappropriate gestures. No other contact was made between the victim and the suspect. Officers checked the area for the suspect who was not located. The suspect was only described as a black male in his early-mid 30s.
INCIDENTS
• Attempted Residential Burglary – On Monday, Dec. 16 at 12:04PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to a residence located in the 9500 block of Lomond Dr. in Manassas (20109) to investigate an attempted burglary. The investigation revealed an unknown man was seen on video surveillance entering the backyard before attempting to gain entry into the home through the rear door. The suspect left the area after being confronted by a neighbor. No entry was made into the residence, and no property was reported missing.
ARRESTS
• Assault & Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer [LEO] – On Sunday, Dec. 15, 2024 at 1:18PM, Prince William County Police officers located an occupied vehicle that was previously reported stolen in a parking lot in the 1400 block Daniel Stuart Square in Woodbridge (22191) . When officers made contact with the occupant of the vehicle, later identified as the accused, he actively resisted and refused to follow officers’ commands. During a brief struggle, the accused grabbed the officer, causing both to fall to the ground where the accused was subsequently detained. Minor injuries were reported by both the officer and the accused. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Kenneth Robin GREY, was arrested.

Charged with assault & battery on LEO, possession of stolen goods, and obstruction of justice
