INCIDENTS
• Armed Robbery –On Wednesday, October 9, 2024 at 2:39PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to investigate a robbery that was reported to have occurred at the Nordstrom Rack inside Potomac Mills located at 2700 block of Potomac Mills Cl. in Woodbridge (22192) on October 8.
The investigation revealed a store employee observed an unknown man and woman conceal merchandise before leaving the store. When an employee confronted the male suspect outside of the store, the suspect implied he had a weapon before both suspects left the area on foot. No injuries were reported.
Suspect Descriptions:
A black male, between 18-25 years old
Last seen wearing a black short-sleeved shirt, black pants and white shoes
A black female, between 18-25 years old
Last seen wearing a black jacket, grey pants, and black shoes
Attempted Strong-Arm Robbery – On September 26 at 3:32PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the Consulado General de El Salvador located at 14517 Potomac Mills Rd. in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate an attempted robbery. The investigation revealed the victim, a 36-year-old man, was outside of the business when he was approached from behind by a man riding a moped. During the encounter, the suspect grabbed the victim’s briefcase leading to a struggle. The victim maintained possession of the briefcase and the suspect left the area. No injuries were reported. The suspect was described as a white male in his 30’s wearing dark-colored clothing and an orange helmet with black stripes.
Commercial Burglary – On October 9 at 7:43AM, officers responded to Metro PCS located at 17997 Dumfries Shopping Plz. in Dumfries (22026) to investigate a burglary. The investigation revealed sometime overnight forced entry was made into the business through the rear door. No property was reported missing.
Residential Burglary – On October 9 at 10:00PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 7900 block of Nodi Ct. in Manassas (20111) to investigate a burglary. The investigation revealed earlier that evening, two men forced entry into the home through the rear door before leaving the area in a white vehicle. Jewelry and an undisclosed amount of money were reported missing. The suspects were described as white men wearing dark-colored clothing.
ARRESTS
Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor – On October 9 at 3:06PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 13700 block of Botts Ave. in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate an unattended child. The investigation revealed another occupant of the residence observed the victim, a 7-year-old girl, unattended in another room of the home. Officers determined the victim was left unsupervised by her father, identified as the accused, earlier that morning. While investigating the incident, the accused returned to the residence. The victim was unharmed. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Leonel MADUENO NOGUERA, was charged.

Charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor
